Hey everyone, so, I’ve been trying to get a handle on this whole “bowl game schedule” thing. It’s that time of year again when college football fans like me are glued to the TV, right? I figured I should really get organized this year and started digging into it.

First off, I went online and just started searching for the 2024-25 college football bowl schedule. Honestly, it was a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many websites, and each one has a slightly different layout. But I kept at it, you know, gotta find that info!
I found a few sites that had the full schedule, listing all the games, dates, and times. I noticed they mention things like “Eastern Time” – that’s important because I needed to convert it to my time zone. Don’t want to miss a game because I messed up the time difference!
Then there’s the whole thing about where the games are played. It gets pretty in-depth here. For example, I saw the Sugar Bowl’s been in New Orleans since forever, first at some stadium called Tulane, and now they play it in the Superdome. Cool bit of trivia there, huh?
After that, I started making a list. Yeah, a good old-fashioned list. I wrote down each game, the teams playing, the date, and the time. I even added a column for what channel it’s on. Some sites even tell you how to watch each game, which is pretty handy if you’re not sure where to find it. I also noticed some games have really fun names like the “Cheez-It Bowl” and the “Gator Bowl”. Marketing at its finest, I guess.
I also realized that some teams have been in the CFP for a while. Like, I saw one that was in it for six years straight! But they’ve been in other bowls recently. This year, they’re probably in the DirecTV Holiday Bowl on December 27th. I made a mental note to double-check that.

My Little Table
Here’s how I organized my findings:
- Game: Name of the bowl game
- Teams: Which two teams are playing
- Date: When the game is happening
- Time: What time it starts (and I converted it to my time zone)
- Channel: Where I can watch it on TV
So, after all this work, I finally have a complete bowl game schedule that I can actually understand. It took some time, but I think it was worth it. Now I’m all set for bowl season, and I won’t miss a single game! It feels good to be organized, especially when it comes to something as important as college football, haha! I can now just sit back, relax, and enjoy the games. All this work has got me even more excited for the matches. Let the games begin!
