Oh man, what a day! I really wanted to catch the Chiefs game today, and let me tell you, figuring out where to watch it turned into a whole adventure.

First, I checked the KC Chiefs Mobile App. I thought, “Easy peasy, I’ll just stream it there.” Nope! It said there were restrictions. What a bummer!
Then I remembered something about a website called Tico Sports. I fired up my laptop and went to the website. It looked promising, but it seemed like it was mostly for folks with a PC. I had to move on to another option.
Next, I went to the NFL Game Pass, but it turns out you need a membership for that, and I don’t have one. It was a dead-end there too.
Where I Could Finally Watch the Chiefs Game
- So, my next thought was CBS. They show a lot of NFL games. I checked my local listings, and guess what? They were showing the Chiefs game against the Broncos! I felt lucky this time.
- I also learned that Paramount+ streams the games. I didn’t use it today, but it’s good to know for next time. I love to watch games on my phone while I am cooking.
- Then I found out the Week 17 game is going to be on Netflix. That’s new! I mean, seriously, Netflix? But I’ll keep an eye out for that one.
- For the local folks, apparently, you can use NFL+ to stream on mobile devices. I didn’t try that, but it sounds convenient. Streaming on mobile devices is so convenient.
- I also heard that NBC sometimes shows the games, and you can stream them on Peacock, Fubo, or DirecTV. More options to consider!
- And, get this, I read that tonight’s Chiefs game against the Buccaneers is on ESPN. Man, it’s all over the place!
It took a bit of searching, but I finally got to watch the game on CBS. What a relief! Next time, I’ll have a better game plan from the start.
