Old Man Hemlock, he’d sit out on his porch with that radio, and we’d all gather ’round and listen. Those were the days. But I don’t like those days now, TV is better. Now we can see them.
But these newfangled TVs, they got so many channels. It’s like pickin’ berries in a bramble patch. You gotta search and search to find the right one. And then there’s all them buttons on the remote. More buttons than a hen house has feathers! I always get ’em mixed up. Press the wrong one, and suddenly you’re watchin’ a bunch of folks dancin’ instead of the Thunder game televised tonight.
