Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “dream sexuality” thing, and it’s been a wild ride. I started by just thinking, “What if I could actually control who I dream about?” Sounds crazy, right? But I figured, why not give it a shot?

First, I picked my “target.” Let’s call him… Alex. I found a picture of Alex online – just a random, good-looking dude. I printed it out (yeah, old school, I know) and stuck it on my bedside table. Every night, before I went to sleep, I stared at that picture for like, five solid minutes. Just focused on his face, trying to burn it into my brain.
The first few nights, nothing. Zilch. Just my usual, random dreams about flying or showing up to work naked. But I kept at it. I even started a dream journal, writing down everything I could remember each morning. This helped me get more in tune with my dreams in general.
- Night 1-3: Nada.
- Night 4: Dreamed I was eating a giant cheeseburger. Progress?
- Night 5: Still no Alex, but the dreams were getting more vivid.
Then, around day six, something shifted. I had a dream where I was at a party, and… there he was! Alex! We didn’t exactly have a steamy romance, more like a brief, awkward conversation about… I think it was about the weather? But still! He was there! It was so cool, it was exciting and the feeling when I woke up, I can’t explain!
I kept up the routine – picture-staring, dream journaling, the whole shebang. And the dreams started getting more frequent, and, well, more interesting. We went on dates (in my dreams, obviously), had deep conversations, even went on a few imaginary vacations. It was like having a secret, parallel life.
What I Learned
It’s not perfect. Sometimes I still dream about random stuff, and sometimes “Alex” looks a little… off. Like his face is blurry or he morphs into someone else. And it’s definitely not a replacement for real-life connection. But it’s been a fascinating experiment in, I guess, the power of suggestion and the weirdness of the subconscious. The coolest part is I can decide what I wanna dream, and with who, it is a lot of fun!
Would I recommend it? Sure, why not? It’s a fun, harmless way to explore your inner world. Just don’t get too caught up in it, okay? Real life is still pretty important, even if it doesn’t always involve dream dates with your chosen celebrity.
