Okay, so today I’m diving into something I’ve been messing around with for a while now – it’s called “Prisco Picks.” Basically, I was trying to sort through a bunch of different things and see if I could come up with a good way to pick out the best stuff.
First off, I started messing around with some tax forms, the GSTR 2A and GSTR 2B. What a headache! One’s dynamic, the other’s static. Trying to figure out which one to use and when was a real pain. After reading through a bunch of rules like Rule 36 of the CGST Rules, I finally figured out how to claim that ITC thing correctly.
Then, I moved on to something totally different – mutual funds. I was looking at these SIP options with Trust Mutual Fund. Seemed like a smart way to grow your money over the long haul, so I started putting some cash into that.
But then, they went and changed the rules on capital gains. No more indexation benefits, and they slapped a 12.5% tax on long-term gains. That kinda messed up my plans, so I had to rethink my whole investment strategy.
After that, I took a break from the serious stuff and started messing around with NBA 2K. I was looking at the MyTEAM Database, checking out player stats, tendencies, and all that good stuff. It’s pretty cool how detailed they get with all the player info in that game.
And for some reason, I also got really into pencils. I found this Apsara Assorted Drawing Pencils set, and man, these things are awesome! They just feel great to use, and the results are always on point.

Finally, I jumped back into the gaming world, exploring this huge city in some basketball RPG. You get to pick an affiliation, earn rep, and just roam around these different neighborhoods. It’s a pretty immersive experience.
So, what did I learn from all this?
- Taxes are confusing. But it is important to get them right.
- Investing can be tricky, especially when the rules change.
- Video games are a great way to unwind. Especially when they have a database as deep as NBA 2K’s.
- Good pencils make a difference. Even if you’re not an artist.
- Immersive games can really suck you in. Watch out or you’ll lose track of time!
That’s basically my “Prisco Picks” journey. It was a wild ride, jumping from taxes to video games to pencils, but hey, that’s just how my brain works. Hope you found some of this useful or at least entertaining!
