Okay, so I wanted to get into this new game everyone’s talking about, Palworld. I heard it’s like, you capture these creatures called Pals and you can make them fight and stuff, plus you gotta build your own base. Sounds fun, right? But there’s also this thing called a “Technology Tree” that you need to figure out to really get anywhere in the game.
So, first thing I did was start the game and just kind of run around, getting a feel for the world. I saw some of these Pals right away, but I couldn’t catch them yet. Turns out, you need these things called Pal Spheres, and to get those, you need to unlock them in the Technology Tree.
To unlock stuff in the Technology Tree, you need Technology Points. I figured out the easiest way to get those is by just playing the game and leveling up. Catching more Pals, exploring different areas, you know, the usual stuff, it all gives you experience, and that means more points.
The first thing I unlocked were those Pal Spheres. It was a no-brainer, really. You can’t really do much in the game without being able to catch Pals. After that, I started looking at what else I could get.
Next up, the Palbox was absolutely crucial. The game pretty much forces you to unlock it. It’s basically where you manage your Pals. You can’t really build a base or anything. It’s a key thing in the game. Getting it set up is like, the key mechanic.
After that, it got a little more complicated. There are so many things you can unlock! Weapons, structures, gear for your Pals, you name it. I realized pretty quickly that I needed to focus on quests. They give you a bunch of experience and rewards, which means more Technology Points.

I spent a good chunk of time just grinding through quests and leveling up. It was a bit of a slog at times, but it was worth it. I started unlocking some cooler stuff, like better weapons and more advanced structures. It felt good to see my base really coming together.
Focus on the Basics
I decided to focus on the basics first. I wanted a solid foundation before I started branching out into the more specialized stuff. I mean, there’s no point in having a fancy weapon if you don’t have a decent base to come back to, right?
Honestly, the Technology Tree in Palworld is pretty deep. There’s a lot to learn and experiment with. But if you just focus on leveling up, completing quests, and building a solid base, you’ll be well on your way. And don’t forget those Pal Spheres! They’re your best friends in the early game.
