Finding That Elusive Suzaku Aqua
Alright, so I decided I absolutely needed to track down a Suzaku Aqua. Heard they were something else, you know? Different from the regular fiery ones. Figured it’d be a good addition to my team.

First off, I was scratching my head. Where the heck would this thing even hang out? My first thought was, okay, ‘Aqua’, so water, right? Seemed logical. Spent a good while checking coastlines, big lakes, rivers… nothing. Just the usual stuff swimming around. Got a bit annoying, honestly. Then I thought, maybe near where the normal Suzakus are? So I went over to the desert areas, thinking maybe a special oasis or something. Nope. Just sand and heat and regular Suzakus doing their thing.
Getting Somewhere
I was getting frustrated. Ready to just give up for the day. But then I kinda remembered some chatter I’d picked up, maybe it was a buddy who mentioned it, I forget exactly. Something about needing to be really far out. Like, way off the usual paths. And someone mentioned it wasn’t just swimming, but flying around a specific spot, possibly as a boss encounter.
So, I pulled up my map again. Started looking at the most remote places, specifically the big icy region way up north. Seemed counter-intuitive, right? Aqua bird in the ice? But hey, this world’s weird sometimes. The logic was, maybe it’s a rare spawn or a fixed boss spawn in a tough, out-of-the-way zone.
The Trek North

Decided to gear up for the cold this time. Packed some warm clothes, made sure I had strong Pals, and got my best flying mount ready. Flying north took ages. It’s seriously empty and cold out there. Had to dodge a few aggressive high-level Pals on the way, which wasn’t exactly fun.
- Flew over endless snowfields for what felt like forever.
- Navigated around those giant ice mountains, trying not to get lost.
- Kept my eyes peeled, scanning the skies and the frozen water below.
Finally Found It!
And then, I saw it. Over this huge frozen lake, way out in the northwest part of the ice continent. There it was, this big blue bird flying its pattern right there in the open, waiting like a field boss. Not gonna lie, it looked pretty impressive against all the white snow and ice. Totally different vibe from the regular Suzaku.
It wasn’t exactly in the water, more like patrolling over the icy expanse near some known coordinates, around the Astral Mountains area if memory serves right after that long flight. Just circling high above the frozen landscape. It was a tough fight, but managed to catch it eventually. So yeah, finding the Suzaku Aqua wasn’t about checking random beaches, it was about heading to the coldest, most remote part of the map I could find and being ready for a big encounter. Quite the trip, but totally worth it to finally track it down and add it to my collection.
