Start Em Sit Em Week 4: Best Lineup Choices This Week!

Okay, here’s my blog post about “Start Em Sit Em Week 4”, written in a casual, personal style.

Start Em Sit Em Week 4: Best Lineup Choices This Week!

Alright, folks, let’s talk about my fantasy football escapades from Week 4. I had some tough calls to make, and I’m here to break it all down for you, play by play.

Kicking Off the Week

First up, I started my research. I dug into the matchups, looking at who was playing who. I scrolled through a bunch of articles and stats, trying to get a feel for the week. It’s always a bit of a gamble, right? You never really know what’s gonna happen on the field.

The Start ‘Em Decisions

I decided to start a couple of guys I was feeling pretty good about.

  • Running back: I rolled with Austin Ekeler. He had a sweet matchup, I was pretty sure he was gonna have a big game. I was pumped!
  • Wide receiver: I plugged in Keenan Allen. This guy’s been consistent all season, and I figured he’d keep it rolling. Plus, you know, same team as Ekeler, so I was hoping for some synergy there.
  • Quarterback: Jalen Hurts got the nod. He’s been running like crazy, and I figured he’d rack up some points on the ground, even if his passing game was a little off. It felt like a solid move.

The Sit ‘Em Dilemma

Then came the tough part – deciding who to sit.

  • Running back: I benched Najee Harris. Tough matchup, and he hasn’t been producing lately. It hurt to sit him, but I had to do it. It was a real nail-biter.
  • Wide receiver: Courtland Sutton got left on the bench. His quarterback situation is a mess. I just didn’t trust him to get enough targets. I was sweating bullets on that one, let me tell you.

The Results Are In!

So, how did I do? Well, let’s just say it was a mixed bag.

Ekeler came through in a big way, racking up a ton of yards and a couple of touchdowns. Boom! Allen had a decent game, nothing spectacular, but I’ll take it. And Hurts? He did his thing, running all over the place. Not a ton of passing yards, but those rushing yards saved me.

On the flip side, my sit ’em calls were…well, let’s just say I wish I could have a do-over. Harris ended up having a pretty good game. Dang it! And Sutton? He surprised everyone and found the end zone. I should have trusted my gut on that one.

Lessons Learned

All in all, it was a rollercoaster of a week. I learned that sometimes you gotta go with your gut, even if the numbers say otherwise. And sometimes, the numbers are right. It’s all part of the game, I guess. I’m already looking ahead to next week, ready to make some more questionable decisions. Wish me luck!

Stick around, I will share more next week!
