Okay, so I gotta tell you guys about this little adventure I had recently. I’m always on the lookout for cool spots to hang out, you know, places with a good vibe and all that. And let me tell you, I stumbled upon a gem – this place called “Truly On Deck.” Now, I’m a baseball fan, a Minnesota Twins fan to be exact, so any place that’s connected to the games is already a plus in my book.
So, I was browsing around, looking for tickets for the next Twins game, and that’s when I saw it – “Truly On Deck.” The name caught my eye, and I was like, “What’s this all about?” Turns out, it’s this awesome hangout spot right there at Target Field. I did a little more digging on their website, found out it was open to any Twins game ticket holder, and boom! I was sold!
I managed to grab a ticket to the game – not specifically for Truly On Deck, mind you, just a regular game ticket. You don’t have to buy it separately, which is nice. Then I went to that place called Reddit, to the r/Tacoma subreddit. I didn’t find much there, to be honest, just some talk about how “gritty” the city is. I did some more searching online, looked at some pictures of the place, and I gotta say, it looked pretty swanky.
Game day arrived, and I was hyped! Not just for the game, but also to check out this Truly On Deck place. Getting there was a breeze. It is located at 1 Twins Way Minneapolis. It was never nice to be stuck in a queue. I just showed my game ticket and walked right in. And oh boy, was I impressed! It’s like this upscale patio area, with comfy seating and a great view of the field. It’s perfect for just chilling, soaking up the sun, and watching the game. I also took a look at their menu, and it seems like they have some pretty decent stuff on there.

Honestly, I spent most of my time there, just enjoying the atmosphere. I met a few other folks who were there for the same reason, and we had a great time chatting and watching the game. It was like being at a friend’s backyard party, but with a way better view!
So yeah, if you’re a Twins fan, or just looking for a cool place to hang out during a game, I definitely recommend checking out Truly On Deck. It’s a hidden gem that I’m glad I discovered. Don’t blink, or you’ll miss out. Trust me, you won’t regret it!
I’m already planning my next visit. I might even try to reserve some seats next time, just to make sure I get a good spot. It’s become my new favorite summer hangout. Maybe I’ll see you guys there sometime!
