Okay, so, I had this thing I wanted to do, you know? I’ve always been a bit of a fan of Ronda Rousey, not just for the fighting, but also, she’s got this, like, confidence about her. Anyway, I saw this thing online about her being comfortable walking around, you know, in the nude, and it got me thinking.

So, I decided to try it out. I mean, why not, right? Privacy of my own home and all that. First day, it was a little weird, ngl. I started small, just after a shower, walked from the bathroom to my bedroom. Felt a bit exposed, but also kinda liberating.
Day 2
Upped the game a bit. Tried walking around my apartment for like, half an hour. It’s summer, so it wasn’t cold or anything. I did some chores, made myself a sandwich, all while, you know, in my birthday suit. Still felt a bit self-conscious, especially when I had to bend over to pick something up, lol.
- Made sure the curtains were closed, wouldn’t want to give the neighbors a free show.
- Got used to the feeling of air on my skin, it’s actually quite nice.
Day 3
This is where it got interesting. I read somewhere that Ronda did some photoshoot in body paint. I don’t have body paint, but I had some old acrylics from an art project. Thought, “What the hell, let’s do it.” Spent a good hour painting myself. Mostly just random patterns, but it felt kinda artistic.
- Took some pics, obviously. For personal use only, haha.
- Felt like a piece of walking art, ngl. Kinda empowering.
Day 4 and beyond
Kept up the nude thing for a few more days. I gotta say, it’s not for everyone, and it’s definitely not something I’d do all the time. But it was an experience. I learned that being comfortable in your own skin, literally, is kinda cool.
I get why Ronda does it. There’s a sense of freedom and confidence that comes with it. Plus, it’s kinda funny to think about, you know, doing everyday stuff in the nude. Like, imagine answering the door like that, lol. Anyway, it was a fun little experiment. Would I recommend it? Maybe. It’s definitely a way to step out of your comfort zone, that’s for sure.

And about that body paint part, I found it really interesting. She had some speech problems when she was a kid and is now a mom. I get how she feels about embracing her body with body paint and the confidence it brings. It’s really an amazing feeling.
It’s just one of those things you gotta try to understand. No judgment here, just sharing my experience.
