Okay, so I wanted to figure out the Seahawks’ record back in 2010. I remember it being a weird season, so I was curious.
First, I just did a quick search. Just typed in “Seahawks record 2010” and boom, the answer was right there.
It turns out they finished the regular season with a 7-9 record. Not great, not terrible, but definitely… below average.
Digging a Little Deeper
- Home Record: They were actually pretty decent at home, going 5-3. That’s something, I guess.
- Away Record: But man, on the road? 2-6. Ouch. That’s where they really struggled.
Then, I tried to remember what I did that year, and my memory is not what it was.
Then I checked what happened in the playoffs. Including the playoffs, their overall record was 8-10. So, they won one playoff game and then lost.
I recall, that they lost to the Chicago Bears in the Divisional Round. That must have been that second playoff game.
So yeah, that’s the story of the 2010 Seahawks. A losing regular season record, but they somehow made the playoffs! a better-than-nothing season, I would say.
