Rock the Block Redemption: Who came in second on Rock the Block Redemption? Get the answer now.

Alright, so you know how it is with these home renovation competition shows. They get you hooked, you pick your favorites, and you’re on the edge of your seat for the finale. I was recently thinking about Rock the Block: Redemption – that was a pretty intense season, wasn’t it? All that talent back for another go.

The Burning Question After the Dust Settled

It’s funny, we always remember who won, naturally. Their victory is plastered everywhere. But I got to wondering, who actually snagged that second spot? It’s not something they usually shout from the rooftops, is it? The spotlight’s so bright on the winners, the runners-up often become a bit of a blur. I had a vague recollection, but I wanted to be sure. You know how these things can bug you.

So, I started to rack my brain. I tried to replay the final judging in my head. I remembered the palpable tension, the close calls, and how honestly, all the houses looked pretty amazing. That’s the thing with Rock the Block, the caliber is always so high. It’s not like there’s ever a clear dud.

My first instinct was just to do a quick search, but you know how that goes sometimes. It’s all “WINNER! WINNER!” and you have to sift through a bunch of articles just to find the details about the other placements. It’s almost like they want you to forget anyone else even competed!

  • I definitely remembered Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson taking the crown – their house was stunning, and that appraisal value was top-notch. No arguments there.
  • Then there were Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb, the “Unsellable Houses” twins. Always so creative.
  • Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas from “Bargain Block” were there too, with their unique style.
  • And of course, Dave and Jenny Marrs from “Fixer to Fabulous.”

I specifically recalled the final appraisals being super close for some of them. It wasn’t a runaway victory, which makes figuring out second place even more interesting. It shows just how tight the competition really was. I dug around a bit, went back through some recaps and fan discussions, because my memory alone wasn’t cutting it clearly enough. It’s like trying to remember who got the silver medal in an Olympic event from years ago; the gold is what sticks.

And the Team That Was So Close…

After a bit of this mental and digital digging, it came back to me, and I confirmed it. The team that came in a very, very close second on Rock the Block: Redemption was Dave and Jenny Marrs. Their house also got a fantastic appraisal, just a smidge below Egypt and Mike’s. It was one of those situations where you felt for them, being so close to the win, but their house was also a masterpiece.

It just goes to show, doesn’t it? In competitions like these, especially with “redemption” in the title, every team truly pours their heart and soul into it. Coming in second is a huge achievement in itself, even if it doesn’t come with the ultimate bragging rights. They all did incredible work. But yeah, it was Dave and Jenny who were right there at the finish line. Mystery solved, at least for my own curiosity!
