rhea ripley – wrestlemania 36: check out her awesome performance

Okay, so, I gotta tell you guys about this thing I got into – it was all about Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 36. Man, what a ride!

It all started when I was just chilling, scrolling through some wrestling news. I saw that Rhea Ripley, this badass chick from NXT, had been killing it for months. Then I see she’s gonna be at WrestleMania 36. I’m like, “Whoa, this is huge!” She’s going up against Charlotte Flair, the Queen herself. NXT was finally getting some major spotlight, and I was all in.

So, I decided to dive deep into this. I started watching all of Rhea’s matches I could find. This woman is a powerhouse, and her look? Straight-up metalhead, which is awesome. I learned that her signature move is called the Riptide. I was getting more and more pumped, watching her dominate in the ring. I was thinking, “This is the kind of wrestler I love to watch.” She’s tough, she’s got this unique style, and she doesn’t back down from anyone.

Then, I found out more about this whole deal with Charlotte Flair. Apparently, these two had some history, some bad blood. It wasn’t just a match; it was a full-on feud! The hype was real, people. I cleared my schedule for the second night of WrestleMania because I knew I couldn’t miss this.

The Match Day Arrived

The day of the event, I made some snacks, got comfortable, and the show started. And guess what? The opening match was Rhea vs. Charlotte! I was on the edge of my seat, man. The match was intense, back and forth. I was feeling it. This wasn’t just watching a match; it was like I was in the ring with them.

I also did some digging into Rhea’s career. Turns out, she’s from Adelaide, South Australia, and she’s been with WWE since 2017. Her last loss in a singles match? It was way back in June 2022, against Liv Morgan at a live event. This girl was on a roll!

I read that Rhea herself said she loved the match and the whole WrestleMania experience. And you know what? So did I! It was one of those matches that just sticks with you. I mean, I was invested. I even tracked down that she won the SmackDown Women’s title by defeating Charlotte at WrestleMania 39. And that title got renamed to Women’s World Championship. Cool stuff, right?

But, it turns out it isn’t always sunshine and rainbows. I heard that she had to vacate her title on April 15, 2024, because she hurt her right arm. Bummer, but that’s the wrestling life, I guess.

Anyway, this whole Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 36 thing? It was a blast to follow.

  • Watched a ton of matches.
  • Got super hyped for WrestleMania.
  • Felt the intensity of the match.
  • Dug into Rhea’s career and history.
  • Felt proud she won a title later, and was sad about her injury.

It was a wild ride, and I’m glad I got to experience it and share it with you all.
