Okay, so today I wanted to mess around with combining two totally different football things: Real Madrid and Trent Alexander-Arnold. I’m a huge fan of both, so I figured, why not?

Getting Started
First, I opened up my image editor. No fancy stuff, just something I could use to layer images and play with colors.
Then I grabbed a few pictures. One was a cool shot of the Real Madrid crest – you know, the classic crown and all that. The other was a picture of Trent Alexander-Arnold in action, mid-cross or something dynamic like that.
Mixing It Up
My first thought was to just slap Trent’s picture onto the Real Madrid background. Super simple, but I wanted it to look a little more interesting.
So I started playing with the transparency of the Trent layer. I lowered it a bit so you could still see the Real Madrid crest underneath. It looked kind of like a ghostly image, which was pretty cool.
- Found a good picture of the Real Madrid crest.
- Grabbed a dynamic shot of Trent Alexander-Arnold.
- Layered Trent’s image over the crest.
- Adjusted the transparency to blend them.
Adding Some Flair
It still felt like it was missing something, though. So I decided to mess with the colors. I added a gradient overlay, going from Real Madrid’s white to maybe a bit of Liverpool red, just to hint at Trent’s usual team colors. Subtle, you know?

I also added some text. Nothing crazy, just “Real Madrid” and “Trent Alexander-Arnold” in a font that felt kinda sporty, I guess.
The Final Result
After a bit more tweaking – you know, moving things around, changing sizes, that kind of stuff – I ended up with something I was pretty happy with. It’s not professional-level graphic design or anything, but it was a fun little project.
It’s basically a visual mashup of two things I’m a big fan of. Simple as that!
