Okay, so I’ve been trying to figure out this whole NFL playoff schedule thing. It’s a bit confusing, but I think I’ve finally got a handle on it. Here’s how it went down for me.
First, I started by looking up when the playoffs actually start. Turns out, the 2024 playoffs are already here, and people are already talking about the 2025 playoffs. Crazy how time flies! The regular season ended, and now it’s all about the playoffs.
Then, I dug into how the teams are matched up. It’s not like other sports where they have these set brackets from the get-go. The NFL does it differently. They wait to see who wins the Wild Card games first. After that, they match the lowest-ranked team still in the game with the top-seeded team in each conference. Seems like a way to keep things exciting, right?
I also found out that only two teams get a bye week in the first round. That’s the number one team in the AFC and the number one team in the NFC. They get to sit back and watch everyone else battle it out.
