Okay, so I’ve been trying to get back in shape, and my buddy told me about this “excellent exercise barney” thing. I was like, “Barney? What, like the purple dinosaur?” But he swore it was legit, so I figured, why not give it a shot? I am always curious.

First, I tried to find some info online. I mean, who starts anything without checking for a website, right? I had try hard to search many many things about that.
I found some videos,I followed the steps from video,It looks easy at the first time,I thought I can handle it,but it’s really hard when you are doing it.
My “Excellent Exercise Barney” Routine
- Warm-up:I ususally did some Jumping jacks, arm circles, you know, the usual stuff to get the blood * 5mintues.
- The “Barney” Part:
- It mainly about push-ups,It seems * lie down and ready to do.
- I set 10times a group,at the first group,I can finish easliy,when it comes to group 2,I felt tired.
- Although It’s hard,but I insist on doing that.
- Cool-down: Finsh 3 groups,Stretching, deep breaths, the whole nine *’t forget that.
It’s very hard for a person lack of exercise for a long * next day,I feel my arms were gonna fall off. But hey, no pain, no gain, right? I’m gonna stick with it for a while and see what * my body allowed,I will try 5 groups a day.
It’s all about,has anyone else ever heard of this “excellent exercise barney” thing? Am I the only one completely out of the loop?Let me know something about that if you have any ideas.
