Alright, so the other day I was looking for something to watch and ended up tuning into a game between the Nationals and the Dodgers. I gotta say, it turned into a pretty interesting match, and I made some notes along the way.

So, first things first, I checked out who was starting for the Nationals. It was Jake Irvin. From what I saw, the guy was dealing. He pitched six innings and didn’t give up a single run. Seriously, the Dodgers couldn’t touch him. He only allowed four hits the entire time he was out there. Talk about being in the zone! I jotted down that it was his first win of the season too. Pretty cool, huh?
Then I wanted to see the full picture, so I looked up the box score. You know, just to get all the details, like who played where, how many hits each team got, stuff like that. It’s always fun to dig into the numbers after a good game. It was mentioned that the game happened on September 10th. I thought that maybe was important, so I made a note of that.
Later on, I stumbled upon some more details about another game. Apparently, there was this guy, Luis Garcia, who hit a two-run homer in the eighth inning. This led the Nationals to beat the Dodgers 8-3. It seemed like a big deal since it was mentioned that the Nationals were in last place. I thought that they are really making a habit of beating the Dodgers and put this into my notes.
Oh, and get this, there was another article talking about how the Dodgers’ eight-game winning streak ended with a 4-1 loss to the Nationals. Must have been a rough day for Dodgers fans! I also took note of the play-by-play information from July 27th, 2022 game.
I also noticed a couple of names popping up in some other games. There’s this Jurickson Profar guy who homered in two games in a row, and some dude named Kyle Higashioka who also hit a home run in one of those games.

So yeah, that’s basically my rundown of the Nationals vs. Dodgers games I’ve been following. It’s been a wild ride, with some standout performances and a few surprises along the way. It’s always a blast watching these games and seeing how things unfold.
