Looking for KSW 100 results? See who won the biggest fights now.

Alright, so today was the day I decided to finally tackle this ‘ksw 100’ thing I’d been putting off. Didn’t really know what to expect, just knew the target was 100 reps. Seemed straightforward enough on paper, right?

First thing, I headed out to the garage. That’s where I keep my trusty kettlebell. It’s not fancy, just a solid chunk of iron. Gave it a quick wipe down, didn’t want any dust messing with my grip later on. Did a few arm circles, some leg swings, just a quick loosey-goosey warm-up. Didn’t want to pull anything.

Getting Stuck In

Okay, time to actually do it. I grabbed the kettlebell, got my stance right – feet shoulder-width apart, slight bend in the knees. Took a deep breath and started the swings. The first 20 felt pretty smooth, finding a good rhythm. Hinging at the hips, letting the bell float up, keeping my arms relaxed. Easy peasy.

I decided to break it down into sets. Trying to do 100 straight felt like asking for trouble. My plan was sets of 20, with a short breather in between.

  • Set 1: 20 reps. Felt good.
  • Set 2: Another 20. Still feeling strong, breathing picked up a bit.
  • Set 3: Hit 20 again. Okay, starting to feel it in the grip now. Lower back reminding me to keep my form tight.
  • Set 4: This one was tougher. Had to focus more. Really drive with the hips. Got the 20 done, but my forearms were burning. Took a slightly longer pause here.
  • Set 5: The last 20. This was a grind. Each rep felt heavier. Just focused on getting one rep done at a time. Counted them down in my head. 10… 5… 3, 2, 1… Done!

Putting the bell down after that last rep felt amazing. Just stood there for a minute, hands on my knees, catching my breath. Definitely worked up a sweat. My grip was fried, and my hamstrings and glutes were definitely talking to me.

Done and Dusted

So, yeah. That was the ksw 100 session. It wasn’t complicated, but it wasn’t exactly a walk in the park either, especially towards the end. Did a little cooldown stretch, mostly for my back and hamstrings. Put the kettlebell back in its spot. Felt good to have actually done it, you know? Just getting it ticked off the list. Simple practice, but effective. Got the heart rate up, worked the muscles. Job done.
