Okay, so, a while back, I got really into this whole Logan Paul thing. You know, the YouTuber? Anyway, he’s got this brand, Maverick, and I thought the logo was pretty cool. So, I decided I was gonna try and draw it.
First off, I had to figure out what this logo actually looked like in detail. I knew it was some kind of bird, but I needed more than that. So, I hopped on Google and started searching for “Logan Paul Maverick logo.” I found a bunch of images, mostly from his merchandise store and some random design sites.
After looking at a few pictures, I realized the bird in the logo is supposed to be a Sun Conure. That’s what his pet bird, Maverick, was. I remember reading somewhere that his dog, Ginger, ate the poor bird, mistaking him for a rubber chicken. Sad story.
Anyway, back to the drawing. I printed out a couple of the clearest images I could find to use as a reference. I also tried to find his social media, especially Instagram, to see if there were any good shots of the logo there.
With my references in hand, I grabbed my sketchbook and a pencil. I started by lightly sketching the outline of the bird. It’s a pretty stylized design, so it wasn’t too hard to get the basic shape down. The hardest part was probably the wings and the way they curve.

- Added details: Like the feathers, the eyes, and the beak.
Once I was happy with the pencil sketch, I went over it with a fine-liner pen. This part always makes me a little nervous because there’s no going back once the ink is down. But it went pretty smoothly, and I was actually pretty happy with how it turned out.
For the final touch, I decided to add some color. I didn’t have the exact shades of yellow and orange that are in the actual logo, but I used what I had, and it still looked pretty good. I even tried to add a bit of shading to give it some depth.
All in all, it was a fun little project. It wasn’t perfect, but I learned a bit more about Logan Paul and his Maverick brand, and I got to practice my drawing skills. Plus, now I have a cool drawing of the Maverick logo in my sketchbook! Oh, I searched the Maverick, and knew it means that Logan Paul’s clothing line and his media company.
By the way, I found out that Logan Paul and his brother Jake, who is also a big-time YouTuber, started making videos when they were just kids. They were born in Cleveland and raised in Westlake, Ohio. Their parents are Gregory Allan Paul, a realtor, and Pamela Ann Stepnick.
And now Logan uses the ring name “The Maverick” in WWE, which is a nod to his brand, pretty smart if you ask me.
