So I tried to get practical about it. What really puts a coach on the hot seat? Seemed pretty obvious, the main thing is winning games. But it’s not just wins and losses, right? I thought about other stuff too:

- Recruiting. Are they bringing in good players? If not, the future looks bad.
- Fan noise. I spent some time just reading comments sections and forums. If the fans are really turning on a guy, the pressure builds up fast. You can feel it sometimes.
