This Josh Jacobs, he was somethin’ else in 2022. Played for them Raiders, he did. I heard folks sayin’ he was the best darn running back that year. And you know what? I reckon they was right.
He was carryin’ that football like a scared rabbit runnin’ from a fox. Just zoomin’ past everyone. People were sayin’ all sorts of fancy things about him. I don’t understand half of it, but I know he was good. Josh Jacobs 2022 was a name on everyone’s lips, I tell ya.
- He ran more than anybody else, I heard.
- Got more yards than a roll of fabric at the general store.
- They called him “All-Pro.” Sounds important, don’t it?
Runnin’ Like a Scared Rabbit
Now, I ain’t no expert on this football game. But I seen him playin’ on that TV box, and my oh my, that Josh Jacobs 2022 season was somethin’. He was like a whirlwind out there. Fast as lightning, stronger than an ox. Them other fellas tryin’ to catch him looked like they were runnin’ in molasses.
He’d get that ball, and he’d be off like a shot. Weavin’ and dodgin’, stiff-armin’ them other players like they was nothin’. I tell you what, it was excitin’ to watch, even for an old lady like me who don’t know a touchdown from a turnip.
Best Runnin’ Back in the Whole Darn League!
They said he had the “rushin’ title” in 2022. Sounds like a crown for a king, don’t it? Well, he was the king of runnin’ that year, that’s for sure. This Josh Jacobs, he was somethin’ special. He was all over the news. Even I heard about him, and I don’t pay much attention to that stuff.
- 36 times, he ran more than 10 yards! That’s a long way!
- More than anyone else in the whole league, they said.
- Broke some kinda record for them Raiders, too.
I heard he was from Alabama. Good place to grow up strong, I reckon. He musta been eatin’ his grits and greens, ’cause he sure could run. That boy made them Raiders fans proud in 2022, Josh Jacobs did.
Strong as an Ox, Fast as Lightning
I remember one game, I think it was November, maybe the 27th, in 2022. He was playin’ like a man possessed. Runnin’ all over the field, couldn’t nobody stop him. He was like a superhero or somethin’, just plowin’ through them other players. That was a good day for Josh Jacobs, I tell ya.
He was strong, you could see that. Built like a brick outhouse, as they say. But he was fast, too. Like a greased piglet at the county fair. Nobody could catch him. He was a sight to behold, that Josh Jacobs was in 2022.
He’s Playin’ for the Packers Now
Now, I hear he’s gone off to play for some other team. The Green Bay Packers, I think they’re called. Well, good for him. He’s a good boy, that Josh Jacobs. Deserves all the good things comin’ to him. I hope he keeps runnin’ like that. Makes it fun to watch.
But in 2022, he was with the Raiders. And he was the best darn running back in the whole league. Don’t you forget it! He made a lot of folks happy that year, runnin’ that football like he did. They don’t rate him 93 in that Madden NFL 25 game for nothing. He was the best, and it was a business decision for him to move. He had a great year, even if someone said he didn’t.
I reckon he’s gonna keep on doin’ great things. He’s got that fire in him, you can see it. That Josh Jacobs, he’s a winner. And I’ll be watchin’ him on that TV, cheerin’ him on, every step of the way. You can be sure of that.
This boy, I tell ya. He made 2022 a year to remember for football fans and that’s all I have to say. He’s a good one.
