My Thoughts on Weird Internet Stuff
Okay, so I was just messing around online the other day, you know, clicking through stuff. It’s become sort of a routine, a weird practice I guess, just seeing what pops up.
And sometimes, you stumble across phrases or topics that just make you stop and think, ‘Wait, what?’ Like, completely out of left field. Things related to celebrities, random body parts, just… combinations of words that seem totally bizarre when you actually look at them.
I started thinking about how this happens. Why do certain things trend? Why do people search for… well, that kind of stuff? It’s a rabbit hole. I found myself trying to piece together the ‘why’.
- First, I just saw the term floating around.
- Then, I kinda recoiled a bit, thinking it was pretty odd.
- After that, I spent maybe five minutes just pondering the state of internet culture. Seriously.
- Finally, I just closed the tab. Decided it wasn’t worth any more brain cells.
It wasn’t really a deep dive ‘practice’ or anything productive. More like a moment of realizing how strange the online world can be. You see something ridiculous, you question it for a second, and then you move on. That was my whole process. Nothing more to it, really. Just another day observing the weirdness online.
