Okay, so, I saw this “Ice Spice Fortnite” thing trending, and I was like, “What’s the deal?” I’m not a huge Fortnite player, but I get the appeal. And Ice Spice? She’s everywhere right now. So, naturally, I got curious. I figured, why not try to see what this is all about?
First, I launched Fortnite on my PC. It had been a while, so I had to wait for some updates to download. While that was happening, I grabbed my phone and checked out some Ice Spice songs on Spotify. Gotta say, I kinda get the hype now. Her music is catchy.
Getting into the Game
Once the updates were done, I jumped into the game. I’m not the best at building and shooting, so I usually just run around and try not to get eliminated immediately. But today, I was on a mission. I wanted to find anything related to Ice Spice.
I landed in some random spot and started looting. Found a couple of chests, got some decent weapons. Then, I headed towards the center of the map, where most of the action usually is.
The Search Begins
I spent a good hour just exploring. Checked out different locations, looked for any hints or clues. Nothing. I was starting to think this whole Ice Spice thing was just a rumor or some fan-made stuff.
Then, I stumbled upon this new area in the game. It had a different vibe, more vibrant and colorful than the usual Fortnite stuff. And guess what I heard playing in the background? Yep, Ice Spice! It was her song “Munch (Feelin’ U).”
I started looking around this new area, and that’s when I found it. There was this new emote, a dance move, and it was clearly inspired by Ice Spice. I equipped it immediately and tried it out. It was pretty cool, ngl.
Victory! (Sort Of)
I didn’t win any matches, obviously. I’m still terrible at the game. But I did find what I was looking for. This Ice Spice collaboration in Fortnite is real, and it’s actually pretty fun.
I spent the rest of the evening just messing around with the new emote, listening to Ice Spice’s music in the game, and enjoying the new area. It was a nice change of pace from the usual Fortnite grind.
