So, I’ve been wanting to catch the Ohio State football games lately. I’m a huge fan, but figuring out how to watch them can be a real pain sometimes.

First, I tried to remember where I usually watch the games. Most of the time they are on regular TV channels. I grabbed my TV guide and started flipping through the channels. I noticed that the games are usually shown on ESPN, ABC, FOX, CBS, or the Big Ten Network. Sometimes they are on Peacock too, which is a streaming service.
Then, I checked the game schedule. I found out the next game is against the Texas on Friday, January 10 at 7:30 p.m. ET. And it’s going to be on ESPN. That’s easy enough. I can just watch it on my TV then.
But what if I’m not home? I started looking into streaming options. I found a few, like FuboTV, DirecTV Stream, and Hulu + Live TV. Apparently, they all offer live streams of the games and even have free trials. I decided to give FuboTV a shot since I saw somewhere that it carries every Ohio State game and has a good free trial period.
Steps I took to watch Ohio State football:
- Checked the usual TV channels: ESPN, ABC, FOX, CBS, Big Ten Network, and Peacock.
- Looked up the game schedule: Next game is against Texas on Friday, January 10 at 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
- Explored streaming services: FuboTV, DirecTV Stream, and Hulu + Live TV.
- Decided to try FuboTV due to the free trial and coverage of all games.
I signed up for the FuboTV free trial. Setting it up was a breeze. Now I can watch the games on my phone or laptop, no matter where I am. The free trial is pretty sweet, too. I can watch a couple of games before deciding if I want to pay for it.
So, if you’re like me and want to watch Ohio State football, you’ve got a few options. You can stick to regular TV or try out one of those streaming services. I went with FuboTV, and it’s working out great so far. Just remember to check the schedule and which channel the game is on. It’s gonna be a great season!
