There was another one on the other side of the ruins, too.
After resting at the site of grace, I opened up my inventory. See, you gotta assign your items to this thing called a “hotbar.” It makes it way easier to use them quickly in the game. So, I assigned my flasks, my physick, and that’s right, my horse to the hotbar.
- I found my steed whistle in the inventory.
- I assigned the whistle to my pouch for quick access.
Once everything was set up, I tested it out. I used the steed whistle, and bam, there was my horse! To get off the horse, all you gotta do is press down on the left thumbstick. It’s pretty simple once you know where everything is.
A Few Things I Noticed:
- Assigning stuff to the hotbar is a game changer. It’s so much smoother than digging through menus.
- You gotta rest at a site of grace near those ruins for the horse thing to work properly. I guess it’s just how the game is set up.
- The whole process is actually pretty straightforward. I was a bit lost at first, but it all clicked eventually.
