Okay, so I’ve been playing a lot of Pokemon Go lately, and I really wanted to get a Ninjask. But, you know, that means you gotta get yourself a Nincada first. So, I started my quest, my Nincada hunt!

At first, I was just wandering around, hoping to bump into one. I walked all over my neighborhood, went to the park, even made a special trip to that weird little pond by the highway that sometimes has rare Pokemon. Nothing.
Then, I remembered about Field Research tasks! I started spinning every PokeStop I could find, hoping to get a task that might reward me with a Nincada. I got a bunch of “Catch 5 Bug-type Pokemon” tasks, but those mostly gave me Weedles and Caterpies, which, no offense, I already have a million of.
- Spin PokeStops like crazy
- Complete Field Research tasks
- Hope for the best!
I was starting to get a little discouraged. I even checked online to see if there were any Nincada nests nearby, but no luck. It seemed like everyone else was having trouble finding them too!
Then, finally, after days of searching, it happened! I completed a research task – I think it was something like “Make 3 Great Throws” – and there it was, a little Nincada staring back at me! I tapped on it, threw a Pinap Berry to get extra candy, and caught it with an Ultra Ball. Overkill? Maybe. But I wasn’t taking any chances!
I was so happy. I evolved my nincada and get my Ninjask.

Some Takeaways
- It can takes some patience.
- Field Research is key!
That’s my Nincada story! It was a bit of a grind, but totally worth it in the end. Now I have a Ninjask. Keep at it, trainers, you’ll get yours too!
