Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “club seats” thing for a project, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a journey. I wanted to share what I did, mostly ’cause it might help someone else, or maybe I’ll look back at this later and laugh at how I did things.

First, I started by just trying to figure out what I even wanted. Like, what makes a “club seat” a “club seat”? I looked at a bunch of pictures of stadiums and concert venues. You know, just trying to get a feel for it. Lots of comfy-looking chairs, good views, maybe some extra perks, that sort of thing.
Getting My Hands Dirty
Then I started sketching stuff out. Literally just pencil and paper. Nothing fancy. I drew some rows of seats, tried to make them look a little more spacious than regular seats. I even scribbled in some little tables and cup holders, because, you know, details.
After that, I moved to the computer, I created simple shapes to represent the seats, and arranged them in rows. I played around with the spacing, making sure there was enough legroom. It looked pretty blocky at this point, but it was a start.
Next, I spent a good chunk of time just tweaking things. Changing the colors, rounding some corners, adding some basic textures. I kept going back and forth, comparing it to those pictures I looked at earlier. “Does this look like a place I’d want to sit?” That was the main question.
The Home Stretch
The small tables and cupholders were the hardest part, seriously, and after several attempts I got what I wanted.

- First I tried do it freehand, but It’s hard.
- Then I tried to copy some model from others, it didn’t work well.
- Finally,I combined the methods of the previous two to create what I wanted.
Finally, I added some lighting, to make it look a little more realistic. I’m no lighting expert, but it definitely made a difference. It went from looking like a bunch of blocks to something that actually resembled seating.
So, that’s pretty much it. It’s not perfect, but I’m happy with how it turned out. It was a lot of trial and error, but I learned a bunch along the way. And hey, maybe next time I try to design some club seats, it’ll be even better.
