Okay, so the other day I was trying to remember who was on that 2014 Golden State Warriors team – you know, the one before they became a total dynasty. I could picture Steph and Klay, but my memory got fuzzy after that. So, I decided to dig in and figure it out, for my own peace of mind, really.

Starting the Deep Dive
First, I pulled up a bunch of different websites. You know, just Googled “golden state warriors roster 2014”. I figured that would be the quickest way to get a list. I found a couple of sports sites that had the full roster breakdown.
Organizing My Thoughts
Then, instead of just reading the names, I decided to write them down. Sometimes, physically writing something helps me remember it better. I just grabbed a piece of paper and a pen and started jotting down all the players.
- Stephen Curry
- Klay Thompson
- Draymond Green, I had forgetten
- Andre Iguodala, wow a memory!
- …and on the list goes, the rest of players…
I also tried to group them a little, like, putting the starters together, then the bench players. That made it seem a little less overwhelming.
The Final Result
Finally, after going through all of that, I actually had a pretty solid grasp of the roster! It was like putting together a puzzle, and suddenly the whole picture came into focus. Now I can picture that team in my head way easier, and I’m not racking my brain trying to remember random names.
I even looked up some old game highlights on that *’s pretty cool to go back and see the beginnings of what they would eventually become.

So that’s it, that’s how i do it. Pretty simple.
