Okay, so I wanted to figure out who the best college football quarterbacks are going to be for the 2024 season. I’ve been watching a lot of games and reading articles, but I wanted to do my own digging.
Getting Started
First, I grabbed a notepad and pen – yeah, I’m old school sometimes. I started by just listing out all the names that popped into my head. You know, the guys everyone’s been talking about.

Then, I hit up some sports websites. I wanted to see their stats from last season. Things like passing yards, touchdowns, interceptions – the usual stuff. I jotted all this down next to each player’s name. It was getting messy, but hey, that’s part of the process, right?
Watching Game Footage (The Fun Part!)
Next, I spent a good chunk of time watching game highlights. Stats are cool, but they don’t tell the whole story. I wanted to see how these guys actually play. Are they calm under pressure? I ended up with my own personal top CFB QBs for 2024 list. And it felt great. I did the home work.
