Okay, so I wanted to figure out where exactly Sandown Raceway is. You know, sometimes you hear about these places, but actually pinning them down on a map is another story.
My Little Adventure Finding Sandown
First, I kinda just poked around on the internet, just to get my bearings. I mean, everyone starts there, right?
So I typed in ‘Sandown Raceway’. And, oh boy, did that ever pop it up.
I thought, “Okay, cool, I’ve found it.” I was feeling pretty good, figured I’d be planning my imaginary trip in no time.
I wanted more specifics. I mean actually I want to know the detail.
- Checked it out, zoomed in and all. Yep, there it was.
- Even looked at the surrounding, just get a feel for the area, I guess.
Then I went on an imaginary drive-through. You know, just to get a virtual feel for the place. Kinda silly, but hey, it’s fun.
So, yeah, that’s my little story about finding Sandown Raceway. Not exactly a grand expedition, but I got there in the end! Now I can picture it perfectly whenever it comes up in conversation.
