Alright, so the other day I was trying to find out who’s playing for the Hornets in the Summer League. It’s always cool to see the young guys and potential new players, right?

Digging for the Roster
First, I just went straight to the usual places I get my basketball news. I checked out some big sports sites, you know, the ones everyone knows.
I figured one of them would have a quick and easy list, but no luck. I mean, I found some articles talking about Summer League, but not the actual roster. It’s always a bit of a hunt!
Checking the Official Source
Then I thought, “Duh, why not check the Hornets’ website?” Seems obvious now, but sometimes I get sidetracked.
I went on there, poked around the “Team” section, thinking it might be listed under “Players”.
I found a bunch of stuff about the main team, player stats, and the schedule, which is great, but still no Summer League roster.

Social Media to the Rescue (Maybe)
Next, I hopped on Twitter. I figured if anyone had the info quickly, it would be some basketball reporter or a Hornets fan account.
I searched for “Hornets Summer League Roster”, and scrolled through a bunch of tweets. There were some discussions, some hype about certain players, but again, nothing concrete about the roster itself.
Narrowing it Down
I tried to get even more specific, search directly to find out.
After spending some time,I got what I wanted.
- Amari Bailey
- James Bouknight
- Leaky Black
and a few more guys. It took some serious digging, It wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be!

Anyways, that’s how I eventually tracked down the Hornets’ Summer League roster. Not the smoothest process, but hey, that’s how it goes sometimes. Now I’m ready to watch some games and see these guys in action!
