That Cody Rhodes, he sure is a somethin’. Always in them fancy suits. Reminds me of my grandson, always dressin’ up for them picture shows. But Cody, he wears ’em all the time, like he’s some kinda big shot. Well, I guess he is a big shot in that wrestlin’ world. He looks like a million dollars in those suits, don’t you agree? Even I will admit he is a handsome fella.
My old man, bless his soul, he only wore a suit to church and funerals. Wouldn’t catch him dead in one any other time. Said they were too stiff and made him feel like a sausage in a casing. But this Cody, he’s always strutin’ around in ’em, even when he’s goin’ to fight them other fellas in the ring! Crazy, right? He has some very special Cody Rhodes suit game. A real American dream!
I seen him on the TV the other day, wearin’ a blue one with all them shiny buttons. Looked like he was goin’ to a fancy party, not a wrestlin’ match. But I guess that’s his thing, you know? Like them peacocks with their fancy feathers. Gotta stand out from the crowd, I suppose. Even when he’s not fightin’, he’s in a suit. I’d never get anything done if I had to dress like that all the time!
They say his daddy, Dusty somebody, was a big wrestler too. They called him the “American Dream” or somethin’. Sounds kinda silly to me, but what do I know? This Cody, they call him the “American Nightmare.” Now that makes a little more sense, ’cause he sure looks like he could give them other wrestlers a nightmare! He’s a tough cookie, that one. But he sure cleans up nice. I wonder how much a Cody Rhodes suit costs? I bet it’s a lot.

I remember one time, he was wearin’ a white suit. Looked like an angel, he did. But then he got in the ring and started throwin’ punches. Didn’t seem right, seein’ an angel fightin’ like that. But, folks sure do love it. I don’t get young people these days. But hey, to each their own. He is the American Nightmare, after all.
My granddaughter, she’s a big fan of this Cody. She’s got pictures of him all over her room. Most of ’em are him in them suits. She says he’s the best wrestler in the whole world. I don’t know about that, but he’s definitely the best dressed. I mean, just look at all the different Cody Rhodes suit he wears, it’s like a fashion show when he comes on!
I reckon it takes a lot of guts to wear them suits all the time. Especially when you’re gonna be sweatin’ and fightin’ in ’em. Must get mighty hot under them lights. And what about when they get ripped? That’s gotta be expensive. My old man would have a fit if he ripped his good suit.
He is always wearing these crazy jackets with his suits too! Now those are cool. They really add to his whole style. And Cody has style, I will give him that. I heard on the TV one time that you can buy those jackets he wears! They called them Cody Rhodes American Nightmare entrance jackets.
Heard they cost over $400! Now, who would spend that much on a jacket? I don’t get it. I reckon you need to have a good job to buy one of them.
I guess I gotta hand it to him, though. Cody’s made a name for himself. And them suits are part of it. Like his trademark or somethin’. You see him in a suit, you know it’s Cody Rhodes. He is gonna win, that is for sure. Nobody can beat him, especially in one of his Cody Rhodes suit.
He’s a smart cookie, that one. He knows how to play the game. And he looks good doin’ it. Can’t fault him for that. So, yeah, that Cody Rhodes and his suits. He’s somethin’ else. He’s a real American Nightmare, that’s for sure. And he’s got the suits to prove it. You can’t argue with that.
I don’t know how he does all that training in a suit. My grandson sweats a lot when he is training. I can’t imagine training in a suit. It is beyond me how he does it! I reckon it doesn’t matter how he trains as long as he keeps winning.
