Okay, so today I decided to mess around with this “bears coach” thing. I’d heard some buzz about it, and, well, I’m always up for trying new stuff, especially if it involves getting a little more organized or productive or whatever.

First, I dug around to find out what it even was. Turns out, It is mainly about teaching people to manage time and plan. Sounded simple enough. No fancy software to download, just a straightforward concept.
My First Steps
I grabbed a notebook and pen – yeah, I’m old-school like that. I could’ve used my phone, but sometimes it’s just easier to jot things down.I followed the idea of bears coach, breaking down my big to-do list into smaller chunks.
- First try: I just listed everything I could think of that I needed to do. Work stuff, house stuff, random errands… It was a MESS.
- Seconde try: divide all task into some period of time, like, one hour for checking email, and two hours to finish the report.
Actually Doing It
Then came the real test – actually following the *, set time blocks for certain tasks. It was kinda weird at first, but I stuck with it.
The biggest thing I noticed was that I was less stressed. I wasn’t constantly thinking about everything I had to do, because I had a specific time for each thing. It also helped me see where I was wasting time. (Turns out, I spend way too much time scrolling through social media… who knew?)
The End Result
So, after messing around with this “bears coach” all day, did I become a super-productive robot? Nope. But did I get more done than usual? Definitely. And, more importantly, I felt more in control of my day. I’m not saying this is a magic solution, but it’s a simple tool that actually made a difference for me. I’ll probably keep tinkering with it and see if I can make it work even better for my crazy schedule.
