Okay, so, I got this idea the other day to start doing some MLB daily projections. I mean, who wouldn’t want to figure out the outcomes of baseball games, right? So I got to work.
First, I started digging around for anything related to baseball game predictions. I found some stuff about free computer picks and AI predictions. Sounds fancy, doesn’t it? But honestly, it was all pretty basic stuff. I wanted to do something a little more… me.
Then, I started looking into how people actually bet on baseball. It’s a whole world out there! You got your runline bets, your money line bets… it’s a lot to take in if you’re new to it. But I figured, if I’m going to predict these games, I need to know how people are betting on them.
I found a bunch of places offering free baseball picks. Cool, right? But again, it felt like something was missing. I wanted to dive deeper. I wanted to build my own system, not just follow someone else’s picks.
So, I started gathering data. Lots and lots of data. Game results, player stats, you name it. I threw it all into a big ol’ spreadsheet and started playing around. I’m not gonna lie, it was a mess at first. I had numbers everywhere, and I wasn’t even sure what half of them meant.

I started predicting games with a decent amount of accuracy. Not perfect, mind you, but better than I expected.
My Simple Steps

It’s been a fun ride, and I’m still learning. I’m no expert, but I’m having a blast figuring this stuff out. And who knows, maybe one day I’ll be the one offering free picks to everyone else! But for now, I’m just enjoying the process and seeing where this little experiment takes me. This is not the end, just a new start, and I’m quite excited about it. What a crazy journey this has been so far, I can not wait to see what is coming for the next!
