Hey everyone, so I’ve been really hyped about the Benavidez fight, and I wanted to share my whole process of getting ready for it. You know, making sure I knew exactly when it was going down and all that good stuff.
First off, I started hitting up the internet to find out the exact time. I mean, it’s like, you gotta know when to tune in, right? I checked a bunch of sites and it seemed like they were all saying the same thing.
- Checked multiple sports websites to get the time.
- Compared information across different sources to be sure.
- Made notes of the event start time and the main fight time.
The event starts at 8 p.m. ET / 1 a.m. UK, which is cool, but the Benavidez vs. Gvozdyk fight is actually scheduled to start around 10 p.m. ET / 3 a.m. UK. But hey, these times can change, so you gotta stay flexible. These timings could totally change, you know how live events can be. They also mentioned it’s happening at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Sounds like a pretty big deal, being in Vegas and all. It’s all part of the undercard for the Gervonta Davis vs. Frank Martin fight.
Then I thought, “Where am I gonna watch this?” I don’t have cable, so I had to find a streaming option. Luckily, I found out that I could catch it on Hulu + Live TV. Plus, it’s got all the sports channels, like ESPN and FS1. I even saw something about streaming it on Watch ESPN, so that’s a good backup. I went ahead and set up an account. Problem solved.

After sorting out the where and when, I got curious about the fighters themselves. I found this awesome piece of news that Benavidez totally crushed it in his debut at 175 pounds. He won against Oleksandr Gvozdyk in a 12-round unanimous decision. The scores were like 116-112 and 117-111, which is pretty impressive. I mean, this guy is no joke!
Making Sure I Don’t Miss Out
To be extra sure, I also looked up some boxing schedules online. You know, just to make sure I didn’t mix up the dates or anything. There are some pretty neat sites that list all the upcoming fights, so I bookmarked a couple of them. I even checked out some UFC schedules, just for kicks.
So yeah, that’s my whole process. I’m all set for the fight tonight. Got the time locked in, know where to watch it, and I’m even more hyped after reading about Benavidez’s last win. Gonna be a good one!
