Okay, so today’s little project was all about “baby pukei.” Sounds fun, right? Well, let me tell you, it was… an experience. I’m not even sure what pukei is, but it shows cute stuff.

It all started this morning. I woke up, grabbed some coffee, and thought, “Let’s do something different.” I googled and found this “baby pukei” thing. It looked simple enough in the pictures – mostly just basic shapes and colors. I’m no artist, but I figured, how hard could it be?
Getting Started
First, I gathered my materials. I decided to go digital, so I opened up my trusty old drawing program on my tablet. I picked a nice, bright background color – kind of a sunshine yellow. Seemed cheerful, you know?
- Tablet: Check.
- Drawing program: Check.
- Bright yellow background: Double-check.
The Actual Drawing…
This is where things got a little… interesting. I started with a big circle for the head. So far, so good. Then I added two smaller circles for the eyes. They looked a bit wonky, but hey, it’s supposed to be cute and imperfect, right? I drew a tiny little triangle for a nose and a wobbly line for a mouth.
The Body was, a fluffy cloud. I’m not great at drawing anything, I just draw lots of circles, one after another, until it resembles a cloud shape. It wasn’t too bad, actually.
The Results
After about an hour of messing around, I finished. It, was something.

it looked cheerful and colorful.
So, that’s my “baby pukei” adventure. Was it perfect? Absolutely not. Did I have fun? Surprisingly, yes. Will I try it again? Maybe. If I do, I’ll probably practice drawing those little circles a bit more first.
