Alright, so, I came across this guy, Brad Wakai, online. Seems like he’s some kind of fitness guru or something. I’m not really into the whole gym rat thing, but I figured I’d check out his stuff. It’s always good to see what the hype is about, right?

So I started by just Googling his name. Bunch of stuff popped up, some videos, articles, the usual. I skimmed through a few of the articles. Looked like he’s got his own workout programs and diet plans. I decided I’d watch some of his videos to get a better sense of what he’s all about.
I clicked on a few of his YouTube videos. The production quality was pretty decent. He was demonstrating some exercises, talking about form and technique. He seemed to know what he was talking about, but I’m no expert, so who knows. He’s got a lot of energy, I’ll give him that.

I watched a few more, just to get a variety of content. There were some where he’s talking about nutrition and meal prepping. I gotta say, some of those meals looked pretty good. Not sure if I’d have the patience to make them myself, but they definitely looked healthy.
Then I started digging a bit deeper. I found his website, where he’s got all his programs listed. It looked like he’s selling workout routines and meal plans. I was just browsing, I wasn’t planning on buying anything.
I went to his Instagram, lots of pictures of him working out, posing, the usual influencer stuff. He’s in good shape, I’ll give him that. I’m not gonna lie, it’s a bit intimidating. But I guess that’s the point, right?

- Checked out his social media: Instagram, Facebook, the whole nine yards.
- Read some testimonials: People seem to be getting results from his programs.
- Compared his programs: He’s got different programs for different goals, which makes sense.
After spending a few hours down this Brad Wakai rabbit hole, I came to a conclusion. It’s not really my thing, but I can see why people are into it. He seems legit, and his stuff looks pretty comprehensive. If you’re serious about getting in shape, he might be worth checking out. Me? I’ll stick to my usual routine. But hey, to each their own.
