Well, I heard some folks talkin’ ’bout that Alianza FC game. Sounds like a big ol’ deal, that football. My old man used to kick a ball around, back in the day. Said it kept him outta trouble. This Alianza team, they’re somethin’ else, I reckon. They got all them scores and whatnot. They play in that Primera Divisin, Apertura, whatever that means. Sounds fancy.

They play against CD guila, CD Cacahuatique, and C.D. Platense Zacatecoluca. Them’s some mouthful names, ain’t they? Hard to keep ’em all straight. But folks say they’re good. You gotta follow that live text stuff, I think they call it. It’s on the internet. It’s like listenin’ to the radio, but you read it. Fancy stuff. I don’t know nothin’ ’bout that.
They got this thing called Alianza FC livescore. That’s how you know who’s winnin’, I guess. They show it on that Flashscore website, they got all them scores, final and, uh, partial, like when it ain’t over yet. And they tell ya ’bout their standin’s, like who’s on top. That’s important, see, gotta know who’s winnin’. And they got this stadium, a big place where they play. Gotta have a place to play, right? And they say it holds a lot of people, an official capacity. Sounds important.
- They got that Alianza FC live stream, they call it.
- Some folks say you can watch it on the TV, too.
- They call it Alianza TV schedules.
- I think some call it Alianza Lima En vivo.
They’re always buyin’ and sellin’ them players, like cattle at the market. They call it signed and sold, and transfer fees. Sounds like a lot of money changin’ hands. They even do them loan deals, like borrowin’ sugar from your neighbor, ‘cept it’s a whole lot more complicated, I reckon. All I know is they run around a lot and kick that ball. My grandson, he’s crazy about it. Says he wants to be like them Alianza FC players. He runs around the yard all day, kickin’ that ball. Drives his mama crazy.
This partido de Alianza FC, it’s a big deal. You see folks wearin’ them shirts with the team name. They get all excited, shoutin’ and hollerin’. Reminds me of the county fair, ‘cept there ain’t no pie contest at this thing. Just a bunch of fellas chasin’ a ball. But hey, it makes ’em happy. That’s what counts, right? My old man, he always said, “Find somethin’ you love, and stick with it.” I guess these folks love that Alianza FC. They also have the results from this season.
They got all them other teams, too. From all over. They got that FIFA World Cup, Olympics, UEFA European Championship. I don’t rightly know what them names mean, but they sound important. Then there’s the CONMEBOL Copa America, Gold Cup, AFC Asian Cup. Lord have mercy, it’s a lot to remember. And the CAF Africa Cup of Nations, and that FIFA Confederations Cup. I don’t understand any of this, but it must be big. They call this one El Salvador, and they got that Alianza San Salvador Soccer thing. I don’t even know what that means. Also they have that Alianza Fc San Salvador Table. I don’t know what that is either.

They say this Alianza FC team, they’re good. Real good. They got all them fancy moves and strategies. I don’t understand all that, but I like watchin’ ’em run. They’re fast, like jackrabbits. And they work together, like a good team should. That’s what my old man always said, “Teamwork makes the dream work.” He was a wise man, my old man. He didn’t know nothin’ ’bout this football, though. But he knew ’bout life. And that’s what matters, ain’t it?
So, this partido de Alianza FC, it’s somethin’ to see. If you like that sort of thing. Me, I’d rather be sittin’ on my porch, sippin’ sweet tea. But these young folks, they love it. And that’s all right. To each their own, as they say. To each their own. They’re playin’ on November 10th, 2024, and October 4th, 2024. I don’t know what I’m doin’ then, but I’m sure these young folks will be watchin’.
They got the next game on *. I don’t know what that is, but maybe you do. They’re playin’ soon. That’s what I heard, any way. I think they’re playin’ real soon. Like, real soon. Maybe next week. I think I heard someone say next week. It might be on the TV, but I’m not sure. You’ll have to ask someone who knows ’bout that stuff. I don’t know much ’bout it.
