Okay, so I’ve been wanting to get a good calendar for 2024, and I figured, why not go for one in Spanish? It’s a language I’ve been trying to get better at, so I thought this would be a fun way to get a bit more exposure. Plus, it’s just cool to have something different, you know?
First, I started with a simple search online, just to see what’s out there. I typed in “calendario 2024 español” and browsed through a bunch of options. There were a lot of online versions, but I wanted something physical, something I could hang up on my wall.
After looking around some more, I found a few sites that sold printable calendars. That seemed like a decent option. I picked one that had a simple, clean design – nothing too fancy, just the dates and some nice, subtle colors.
I downloaded the PDF file, and then I had to print it. My printer, being the ancient beast that it is, gave me a bit of trouble at first. The first few pages came out all smudged, but I managed to fix it after a few tries. It’s always something with that thing.
Once I had all the pages printed, I needed to put them together. I decided to just use a simple hole punch and some string. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. I punched holes in the top of each page and threaded the string through, tying it off at the end.
And there it was – my very own, homemade 2024 calendar in Spanish! It looks pretty good hanging up on my wall. It’s not perfect, but I made it myself, and that’s what counts. Plus, now I get to see Spanish days and months every day. Hopefully, it helps me learn a bit more of the language. We’ll see.
