Okay, so, today I wanna talk about something that’s been eating up my free time lately – getting that Godzilla skin in Fortnite. Yeah, I know, it sounds a bit silly, but I’ve always been a huge Godzilla fan, and when I saw that they were adding him to the game, I just had to have him.
First thing I did was check out the details. Apparently, this Godzilla skin was part of the Chapter 6 Season 1 Battle Pass. It was not just any regular part, it was a bonus skin. I did some digging around, because I needed to know how to get my hands on it. I’d never really bothered with these Battle Passes before, but for Godzilla, I was willing to make an exception.
The process seemed pretty straightforward. I had to buy the Battle Pass, which cost 1,000 V-Bucks. I didn’t have enough V-Bucks initially, so I had to purchase them. That set me back a bit, but I figured it was worth it. Once I got the Battle Pass, the real work began. There was this whole set of Godzilla-themed quests that I needed to complete. They dropped on January 17th, and I jumped on them right away.
- Quest 1: The first one was pretty easy. Just had to play a few matches, get some eliminations. Nothing too crazy.
- Quest 2: This one was a bit tougher. Had to collect a bunch of these special items scattered around the map. Took me a while to find them all.
- Quest 3: The last one was the hardest. I had to win a match, which is always a challenge for me. Took a lot of tries, but I finally managed it.
The quests themselves were pretty fun, actually. They had me running all over the map, doing all sorts of crazy stuff. I had to learn a bunch of new strategies and really up my game. It was a grind, for sure, but I was determined. I spent hours every day playing, trying to complete these quests as fast as possible.
Finally, after a lot of sweat and maybe a few tears, I did it. I completed all the quests and unlocked the Godzilla skin. And let me tell you, it was totally worth it. Running around the map as a giant, pink Godzilla? It’s as awesome as it sounds. I even got the Evolved skin, which is even cooler. The skin is great, I feel powerful when I use it, and it was very satisfying to use. I have been enjoying it a lot.
So yeah, that’s my story of how I got the Godzilla skin in Fortnite. It was a bit of an adventure, but I’m glad I did it. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got a certain giant monster to go play with.
