I kept digging and found out that there are these publications from 1927 about Shelley, written by Walter Edwin Peck. It’s all about Percy Bysshe Shelley, who was a poet. That’s when I realized we’re talking about a poet here, not just some random guy.
One interesting thing I stumbled upon was a reference to Shelley’s “Dantean dream-vision.” It talks about “life” or some kind of “death-in-life.” That sounded pretty deep and a bit spooky. I made a mental note to maybe check out Dante’s stuff later. Sounds like something I’d be into, although I don’t know much about it yet.
