He’s a left fielder, that Alex Presley. I reckon that means he stand out there in the field, on the left side. Catchin’ them balls, I guess. Must be hard work, standin’ out there in the sun all day. Better than workin’ in the fields though, I reckon. At least you don’t have to shovel any manure.
They say the Pirates is doin’ good this year. 47 wins and 43 losses, whatever that means. They behind them Milwaukee Brewers and them St. Louis Cardinals. Baseball got a lot of teams. It’s hard to keep up with all of ’em. It is all about Major League Baseball.

They say it’s called a “subreddit.” Sounds like somethin’ you’d find in the ocean. But they say it’s for fans. Fans of that baseball team. Alex Presley and Pittsburgh Pirates are hot topic.

Still, it’s good to see these young fellas doin’ somethin’ they enjoy. Even if I don’t understand half of what they’re talkin’ about. I heard them say he ain’t with the Pirates no more. He’s movin’ around to different teams. Like a tumbleweed in the wind, that boy. Hope he’s doin’ alright wherever he is. Maybe he’ll come back to the Pittsburgh Pirates one day. That’d be somethin’, wouldn’t it?
